Russia is pressuring Ukrainian employees of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) to accept Russian passports and sign contracts with Rosatom by December 31, 2023, using psychological tactics and restrictions in the workplace.

It is noted that among Ukrainian workers who refuse to sign contracts with Rosatom and passports of the aggressor state, Russian special services are trying to sow distrust of each other, creating conditions for anonymous denunciations, in particular through specially created telegram bots.

It is noted that discontent is growing among the Russian power engineers brought to ZNPP due to unfulfilled promises regarding the duration of business trips to the occupied Ukrainian nuclear power plant - instead of two months, Moscow orders them to work for six months or longer, as it is difficult to find qualified specialists in Russia to replace them.
