According to the guerrillas, an ATES agent from the 1218th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces reported that the command was preparing for an assault, expecting significant losses of personnel.
"All soldiers have been instructed to write their data (name, personal number, date of birth) on a piece of paper and place it in a shell casing to be carried with them at all times. This is done for simplified identification in case of injury or death," the statement said.

According to ATES, this unit was created after the start of the full-scale invasion and was staffed mainly by mobilized people. However, the Russian command does not spare anyone and does not take into account the losses, giving orders for desperate assaults and continuing to send its men to certain death.
"ATES calls on the servicemen of the 1218th Marine Corps to join our movement and resist the lawlessness of their commanders," the statement reads.
