According to one of the participants in the negotiation process, Hamas is ready to consider the proposed initiatives to de-escalate the conflict. At the same time, another source familiar with the course of negotiations notes that no significant progress has been observed yet.
The negotiation process between the parties reached a dead end after the completion of the first stage of the truce at the beginning of this month.
