Military units have purchased UAH 1.7 billion worth of drones through Prozorro Market since the beginning of the Russian invasion. The system allows for quick and efficient procurement of necessary equipment for the Armed Forces.
More than 21,000 drones of various types with a total value of UAH 1.7 billion have been purchased by military units through Prozorro Market since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. UNN reports this with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Defense.

In addition to drones, Prozorro Market reportedly allows purchasing goggles, noise-canceling headphones, UAV control panels, portable radios, repeaters, night vision devices, optical sights, etc.
Prozorro Market operates as an online store where military units can quickly and conveniently purchase necessary goods for budget funds. For example, the military can use 10% of personal income tax, which is returned from local budgets to military units, the Defense Ministry reminded.
Procurement lasts on average only 9 days, which is much faster compared to other procedures. Also, Prozorro Market allows for three times higher competition and, as a result, the most efficient use of funds.
The Ministry of Defense noted that the military nomenclature available for purchase through Prozorro Market is constantly expanding. The State Institution Professional Procurement and the State Enterprise Ukrainian Special Systems, which are the administrators of the system, communicate with military units, analyze the market and add new products. They also check suppliers: only those who already have similar experience in selling certain goods are granted access to the electronic catalog.
