Mass power outages are being recorded in the occupied territory of the Donetsk region, as well as in Luhansk. This was reported by the "ATESH" partisan movement, UNN reports.

They also stated that mass power outages are being recorded in Luhansk.
"The hum from the number of drones in the sky drowns out the wail of the siren in the city. ... An explosion was heard, a possible hit on an electrical substation," the partisans noted.

In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Kherson regions, a series of explosions occurred on the evening of June 9, after which power supply and communication disruptions arose in several settlements.
