The Lithuanian division of the Swedish telecommunications company Telia Lietuva has repaired the communication cable between Lithuania and Sweden in the Baltic Sea. It was damaged about two weeks ago. This is reported on LRT, writes UNN.

According to representatives of the company, traffic across the Baltic Sea was successfully restored. They also noted that this channel accounted for almost a third of international internet traffic, but the public did not feel any interruptions due to damage to the channel.
