Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced the opening of the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge on Friday, December 1, but for now it is for special vehicles, emergency vehicles and bus service, UNN reports.
Today, to ensure the life of the city during martial law, we have opened the movement of special vehicles, emergency vehicles and bus service for passengers from the left bank to the right bank via the Podilsko-Voskresensky bridge crossing,

In particular, according to him, at the first stage, bus route No. 111 will operate here in the direction "Metro Station "Ploshcha Ukrainskih Heroyiv" - Metro Station "Livoberezhna".
According to him, the construction of this bridge crossing is ongoing.
According to Klitschko, the next step is for the Kyiv City State Administration's Department of Transport Infrastructure to carry out a set of works to ensure traffic on Honore de Balzac Street (these works are already underway).
Today, preparatory work is underway for further construction work on the tunnel under the railroad tracks, he added.
"So, we have provided the road access. At the end of next year, it will be possible to get to Balzak Street. And the final stage, the most anticipated one, will be the launch of the subway to Troyeshchyna!" Klitschko emphasized.
