In Kyiv, July 7 has been declared a Day of Mourning due to the most massive attack by the Russian Federation on the night of July 6, the capital's mayor Vitali Klitschko reported on Monday on social media, writes UNN.  

Tomorrow, July 7, has been declared a Day of Mourning in Kyiv. In memory of the victims of the most massive enemy attack on the capital

- wrote Klitschko.

According to him, on this day, flags will be lowered on all municipal buildings of the city. It is also recommended to lower state flags on buildings of state and private ownership in the capital.

On July 7, any entertainment events are banned in Kyiv.

"The search and rescue operation in the damaged buildings in the Podilskyi and Darnytskyi districts of the capital continues. They are still looking for people under the rubble. As of now, 11 dead are known in Kyiv," Klitschko stated.
