In Kyiv, a cinema chain was exposed as having evaded taxes worth UAH 10 million; after investigation, the debt was repaid.
In the capital, law enforcement officers uncovered facts of tax evasion of UAH 10 million by one of the largest cinema chains. This was reported by the press service of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, according to UNN.

Details
As noted, criminal proceedings were opened for tax evasion, including the late payment of the unified social contribution in the amount of UAH 5 million. Subsequently, another criminal proceeding was initiated against another company from the same group.
During the investigation, the company agreed to cooperate and repaid the debt to the state before serving the suspicion to its officials.
Pursuant to Part 4 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the BES detectives filed two motions with the court to release the company's responsible persons from criminal liability. About UAH 10 million recovered to the budget
