Polish farmers continue to block the Yagodyn and Rava-Ruska checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Polish border, effectively making it impossible for trucks to travel from Ukraine to Poland.

Polish farmers continue to block the Yagodyn and Rava-Ruska border crossing points, where there were virtually zero border crossings for trucks traveling from Ukraine to Poland last night. This was reported by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a telethon, UNN reported.

Details

Now two directions are blocked: "Yagodyn and Rava-Ruska, and unfortunately, there is virtually no way for trucks traveling from Ukraine to Poland to pass through these two checkpoints. We had zero figures for both the previous day and the previous day, and this situation has been going on for some time. Of course, trucks from Ukraine to Poland are moving in other directions, because they are not actually blocked on other directions on this day."

- Demchenko said.

He noted that 70 trucks crossed the border to Ukraine through the Yahodyn checkpoint yesterday. According to him, there are about 570 trucks in queues at the two blocked checkpoints.

Recall

Polish farmers have resumed blocking two checkpoints on the Polish-Ukrainian border, restricting truck traffic at the Korczowa-Krakowiec checkpoint towards Ukraine and at the Medyka-Shehyni checkpoint in both directions until April 20 and 19, respectively.
