"The methods of dealing with dissidents among Russians go beyond human understanding. Recently, in temporarily occupied Luhansk, Kremlin terrorists killed representatives of Jehovah's witnesses using a method that was especially common during Stalin's time – people were forcibly placed in a psychiatric hospital."
