Experts' examination of enemy drone wreckage provides information on their tactical and technical characteristics, which allows Ukraine's air defense forces to repel air attacks more effectively.
The results of expert research into the wreckage of enemy drones allow air defense forces to more effectively repel air attacks. Ilya Yevlash, a spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this on the air of the national marathon, UNN reports .

According to him, the information received from experts on the tactical and technical characteristics of the enemy "Shahed" plays an important role.
"We have special services that deal with this - a research and expert center that is directly involved in studying the wreckage and the enemy's air attack vehicles themselves. The information we acquire can be used taking into account the tactical and technical characteristics of a particular vehicle in order to repel these air attacks," Yevlash said.

Oleksandr Ruvin, Director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise, said earlier that Shaheed 136 unmanned aerial vehicles are used to strike Ukraine, with parts and fragments marked with the "Y" series, a transitional version of the weapon that was probably assembled in Russia.
According to him, foreign-made components were found in these drones, and Russians began to leave signatures on the inside of the UAV's body.
"The Russians' "innovation" was the signatures on the elements of the Shaheed 136. Literally, we can assume that this is a kind of report from the person responsible for preparing the assembly of a particular part of the drone. The "packers" leave their "autographs" on the inside of the drone's body. We sincerely hope that such a "modern" technology will eventually help to identify and bring Russian criminals to justice faster," said Oleksandr Ruvin.
