In the Russian Federation, 20% of workers are self-employed, voluntary contributions to the social fund have failed - intelligence
Kyiv • UNN
In Russia, 16.4 million people (20% of workers) are self-employed, indicating a failure of voluntary payment of contributions to the social fund. In the first quarter, only 9% of the annual plan was received.

In Russia, the number of self-employed individuals is 16.4 million people. This is approximately 20% of the total working population, i.e., actual taxpayers. It also indicates, de facto, the failure of the process of voluntary contributions to the Russian social fund for pension and medical insurance, reports UNN citing the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
Details
An annual voluntary contribution of 71.5 thousand rubles to increase a future pension by only a few thousand rubles in 20-30 years is economically unprofitable and looks absurd. It is much more expedient to accumulate these funds in a deposit bank account
In addition, according to the mayor of Orenburg, Albert Yumadilov, the attempt to invite street cleaners from the DPRK to the city failed. The Koreans do not agree to work for 55,000 rubles a month - at home, their salary is 2-3 times higher.
This year, the Russian government planned to receive about 7 billion rubles from the aforementioned voluntary contributions to the social fund. However, actual figures turned out to be much more modest: in the first quarter, only about 9% of the planned annual amount was received. This already gives grounds to predict a significant shortfall in the annual plan
