According to information, on April 5, a video began to spread on social networks showing young men painting the windshield of a trolleybus that had been involved in an accident. Then the driver of the transport became ill, as a result of which the trolleybus crashed into a pole.
While doctors were providing medical assistance to the driver, a group of young men approached the trolleybus, one of whom painted the windshield of the vehicle. And another young man was filming the whole process on video, which later began to spread on social networks. It later turned out that there were six young men aged 14 to 20.
Juvenile police officers drew up administrative materials for 3 adults under Article 173 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The parents of minors were also brought to justice, and administrative protocols were drawn up against them under Article 184 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - failure by parents or persons replacing them to fulfill their responsibilities for raising children.
