Details
According to the police, the incident occurred several days ago in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital. Law enforcement officers established that a 46-year-old Kyiv resident was walking down the street when he saw a BMW leaving a residential property. The car’s driver stopped to close the gate. In doing so, he temporarily blocked the pedestrian’s clear passage.
"The man did not like this situation, which led to an argument between them. During the dispute, the offender fired several shots from a weapon toward the vehicle, damaging the car’s trunk and rear window, and then fled," the post says.
Law enforcement officers located the shooter and seized a weapon from him—a pneumatic revolver chambered for a "Flobert" cartridge. The man was notified that he was suspected of hooliganism.
