The police have identified the man who committed hooligan acts in a suburban train
In particular, it is reported that on April 5, the police received information that a publication was found in the Telegram channel in which a passenger on the Kharkiv-Merchik train showed others his genitals.
After conducting operational and investigative measures, law enforcement officers identified the perpetrator. He turned out to be a 53-year-old resident of the Zmiiv community.
According to this fact, information was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 1 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
