Russians attacked a civilian car near Kostyantynivka with an FPV drone, killing a 52-year-old man. Also, Lyman was shelled with five rockets from "Smerch", wounding 2 people and damaging houses.

"The Russians struck Lyman with five rockets from Smerch - 2 people were injured there, 23 houses, a power line, a gas pipeline, a car and a garage were damaged," Filashkin said.
Another 1 person, according to the head of the RMA, was injured in Pokrovsk.
