On the night of June 5, the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck five enemy vessels simultaneously that were illegally located in the waters near the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This was reported by the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the AFU, Robert "Madyar" Brovdi, according to UNN.
The vessels that were hit were located in the coastal waters of the temporarily occupied territories, as well as in the ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk.
"The names of dry cargo ships and tankers painted over by Black Sea marauders and their radars turned off for the purpose of quietly stealing Ukrainian grain, transferring military cargo and fuel, no longer guarantee the long-term survivability of large, slow-moving targets classified as military, nor the regularity of transportation. The occupier's smuggling logistics must be stopped," emphasized "Madyar."
According to the Commander of the USF, "heavy hundred-kilogram arguments" were applied.
Co-founder and chief designer of the Fire Point company, Denys Shtilerman, also shared a video with footage of the ships being hit and reported that FP-2 drones were used during the operation.
"Excellent work by the Unmanned Systems Forces," Shtilerman emphasized.
