According to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, sending German troops to Ukraine is “not being considered” at the moment. He noted that he is unanimous on this issue with the head of the German Federal Foreign Office, Annalena Burbock, and the country's Defense Minister, Boris Pistorius.

Prior to that, German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock announced the deployment of German troops to join Ukrainian troops as part of a peacekeeping mission. But only if a ceasefire is agreed to monitor compliance with the mission.”
