It is noted that a deportation order has been issued against Fedorova. She will also lose her residence permit in France and the right to work in the country.
According to a document seen by Libération, Fedorova's behavior "harms the fundamental interests of the state," and her presence on French territory "poses a particularly serious and immediate threat to public order."
French authorities also believe that by spreading pro-Kremlin narratives, Fedorova acts as one of the conduits of disinformation campaigns coordinated by Russia. According to the French Ministry of the Interior, she contributed to the spread of disinformation and destabilization aimed at manipulating public opinion and undermining citizens' trust, including that of the French, in state institutions.
In the entourage of Paris Police Prefect Laurent Nuñez, it was emphasized that the decision is "sovereign" and effectively deprives Fedorova of her residence permit and the right to work in France
Fedorova's lawyer has already stated that his client will "immediately" appeal the deportation decision.
