An enemy artillery strike damaged the premises of a fire and rescue unit in a border village in Sumy district, including wall paneling, gates and fire trucks, but no one was injured.

Russian troops damaged a fire and rescue unit during shelling of the border of Sumy region, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on Monday, UNN reports.

Details

"As a result of another enemy artillery strike on one of the border settlements of Sumy district, the premises of the local fire and rescue unit were damaged. At the time of the attack, the rescuers were in a shelter, no one was injured," the SES reported on social media.

The shock wave and shrapnel reportedly damaged wall cladding, gates, and fire trucks.
