"Sumy region: a fire broke out due to the shelling of one of the substations. Household consumers lost power. The fire has been extinguished," the Ministry of Energy said.

Networks status

Southern region: due to technological disruptions, substations and household consumers in two regions, as well as renewable energy facilities, were cut off from power. The power supply has been restored.

Southeastern region: due to technological reasons, high-voltage substations, household consumers, and the railroad lost power (no train traffic disruptions). The power supply was restored according to the backup scheme.

Emergencies

Kirovohrad region: during the inspection of the line, the theft of 100 meters of wires was detected. The information was passed to the police.

Kharkiv region: a repair team of a regional power company came under enemy fire. The personnel and equipment were not injured.

Power outage for consumers

Over the past day, power engineers restored power to 5,494 consumers who were cut off as a result of hostilities. In total, 550 settlements remain without power supply as of this morning due to the hostilities and technical violations.

"The water level in the cooling pond is 14.63 meters. This is enough to meet the needs of the plant," the Ministry of Energy said.
