ARMA officers could have used a car with cover plates to conceal illegal actions. Security expert Serhiy Shabovta called this a manifestation of corruption and a crime, as ARMA has no right to do so.

The ARMA officers could have used a car with cover numbers to hide their illegal actions. This opinion was expressed by security expert Serhiy Shabovta in an exclusive commentary to UNN.

Perhaps they were trying to hide the possible involvement of ARMA employees in this process, but this is illegal! And this is a direct manifestation of corruption. They are doing illegal things, and to cover them up, they, among other things, use the tools that are absolutely clearly regulated by law exclusively for our operational service

- The expert noted.

He added that law enforcement officers occasionally conduct investigations that require covering up all traces and use cars with cover numbers for this purpose.

"In the case of the ARMA, it's just a crime. And they are hiding behind the words defense, statesmen, etc. This does not stand up to any criticism. And yes, they have become arrogant," Shabovta said.

In his opinion, the ARMA is just an instrument of corruption.

Context

Earlier it became known that ARMA employees came to inspect the assets of the Gulliver shopping center in a gray BMW X5 with license plate KA1614RT. As it turned out, this license plate was not registered in the Ministry of Internal Affairs databases, which indicates that the army officers used cover numbers.

In response to a request from UNN, ARMA statedthat this had never happened.

However, the video available to UNN confirms that ARMA employees came to inspect the assets of the capital's shopping center in the above-mentioned car and with these license plates.

This behavior of ARMA employees raises many questions, because the use of cover numbers is allowed only to operational units of law enforcement agencies, which the Asset Recovery and Management Agency definitely does not belong to.
