NPC Ukrenergo has introduced emergency power outages in Sumy, Poltava and Dnipro regions on December 28. The outages will be in effect from 15:00 to 18:00 for the 1st and 2nd stages.

On December 28, emergency blackouts were introduced across Ukraine. In addition to Sumy region, it is now known that emergency power outages have also been introduced in Poltava and Dnipropetrovs'k regions by order of NPC Ukrenergo, UNN reports citing DTEK.

On December 28, there will be emergency power outages in Poltava and Dnipropetrovs'k regions.

“Please save electricity if you currently have it to help stabilize the system,” DTEK said in a statement.

In Poltava region, the outages will last from 15:00 to 18:00 in 2 phases.

In Sumy regionand on December 28, emergency power outage schedules were introduced from 15:00 to 18:00. Lines 1 and 2 are de-energized, and hourly outage schedules are temporarily not applied.
