In the Russian cities of Kursk and Belgorod, explosions and air defense were reported, and the governors urged residents to take shelter because of the missile threat.
Explosions are heard in the Russian cities of Kursk and Belgorod. Russian media report "air defense operations," UNN reports.
Telegram channels and regional governors reported the "cotton" in Russian cities.
"A missile warning siren has been activated in Belgorod and the Belgorod district. If you are at home, do not go near windows. Take cover in windowless rooms with solid walls (corridor, bathroom, toilet, pantry). If you are outside, go down to a shelter or other safe place," said Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of Belgorod Region.
"Kursk region: missile danger! If you are at home, you need to hide in a windowless room with solid walls: in a corridor, bathroom, or pantry. If you are outside, go to the nearest building or suitable shelter.
Air defense is operating in the sky over the Kursk region. I ask you to remain calm," said Kursk Governor Roman Starovoit.
