The commander of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Navy, Oleg Vlasov, arrived in Sevastopol from the Kursk region of Russia. Currently, the operations of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade in the Kursk region are temporarily commanded by the brigade's chief of staff.
