In Kyiv, a co-owner of a Luhansk enterprise has been notified of suspicion for re-registering his business under Russian legislation following the full-scale invasion and continuing operations in the temporarily occupied territory to generate profits. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office, according to UNN.

According to the investigation, the suspect, while residing in Kyiv, organized the re-registration of an alcohol production enterprise under Russian law through other co-owners who remained in the occupied territory.
Subsequently, the enterprise continued the production and sale of products, paying taxes into the budget of the aggressor state.
The enterprise continued its activities in the temporarily occupied territory with the subsequent payment of taxes to the Russian budget, which are used to finance its armed forces
In addition, according to the investigation, the suspect received additional income from leasing real estate in the occupied territory.
Through controlled persons, he leased a real estate property to a Russian university. The rental cost amounted to over 1 million Russian rubles per year
The investigation established that in 2025 alone, the man received over 2.3 million hryvnias in income from activities in the temporarily occupied territory.
He has been notified of suspicion of aiding the aggressor state, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons.
