Licenses and permits for business on the Diia portal - the government has launched the ePermit project. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, UNN reports.
Previously, to get a license, you had to go to an institution, spending time on it. With Diia, everything will be much easier and without corruption risks. We are working on the project together with the Ministry of Economy. Entrepreneurs will be able to conveniently submit documents, renew or revoke licenses, track progress in processing documents, pay for administrative services, or file complaints in a few clicks through the Diia portal
According to him, at the first stage, licenses and declarations in the field of labor protection will be available, and from September it will be possible to obtain a license for veterinary activities. The list of areas and services will be gradually expanded.
Fedorov also explained "how it will work in practice.
"Let's say you want to start a veterinary practice, but you need to get a license from the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Previously, you had to collect an application, copies of the necessary documents and take them to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Soon it will be possible to do all this in a few clicks on the Diia portal. The system will automatically check the documents that the user uploads, and if everything is okay, it will issue a permit or license in a few minutes. If the system sees a risk, the application will be reviewed by a representative of the government agency, and the answer will be given within 10 days. Entrepreneurs should be working and developing, not standing in lines and wasting time on paperwork. With Diia, it's easy," summarized the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
