All cars shipped after April 2 will not be delivered to local dealers (in the USA) for the time being.

Reference
To date, Audi has approximately 37,000 cars in the United States that are not subject to the new customs tariffs of the Trump administration.
It should also be noted that Audi does not have its own production in the USA. The Q5, a popular model in the United States, is produced at the Audi plant in Mexico; the rest comes from factories in Germany, Hungary and Slovakia.
