The Government has authorized the implementation of AI on the Diia Centers platform to automate administrative tasks. The technology will accelerate service delivery and training.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution that officially allows the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies into the National Web Platform of Administrative Service Centers ("Diia Centers Platform"). The decision is intended to automate routine processes for administrators and speed up service for citizens. This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, according to UNN.
AI will take over routine tasks and help administrators instantly obtain the necessary information
Among the main advantages of implementing AI are:
- Fast consultations and professional development. ASC (Administrative Service Center) employees and other public service specialists will be able to receive accurate tips and explanations regarding any services from AI in real-time. Artificial intelligence will also automate training processes: this will allow for the formation of requests for professional development and the instant acquisition of up-to-date knowledge online.
- Convenient document management. The technology automates the search for required information among thousands of laws, resolutions, and regulations.
- Service improvement. The smart assistant will minimize the human factor and save administrators' time. As a result, people will receive services faster and with higher quality, and the transformation process in ASCs will also follow the Agentic state concept.
- Unified system. The Ministry of Digital Transformation is creating a digital tool on the Diia Centers Platform that ensures information exchange and rapid feedback on citizen requests within a unified system for all service providers. We will be able to promptly provide information and training exactly where and when it is most needed.
It is noted that the Government has already supported this decision, so in the near future, the latest tools will begin to operate in practice and assist specialists across the country.
