The man was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Investigators registered this fact in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 2 of Art. 15, paragraphs 1, 5 of Part 2 of Art. 115 and Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
