The four-bedroom, five-bathroom Upper West Side home at 51 West 95th St. was listed for sale nine months ago - even after the sellers lowered the price from $7.6 million in April and then again in July.
The current owner purchased it in 2009 for $4.7 million.
According to listing agent and president of Vandenberg, a townhouse expert, Dexter Guerrieri, the five-story 19th-century townhouse has experienced a surge in showings over the past couple of weeks as interest rates have stabilized.
