On a Warsaw-Kyiv train, a conflict occurred between a Ukrainian MP and a foreigner, as a result of which the foreigner knocked the MP's phone out of his hands, leading to an administrative report being drawn up against the offender for disorderly conduct.

In a Warsaw-Kyiv train, a conflict occurred in one of the cars between a member of the Ukrainian parliament and a foreigner over the silence in the car. During the incident, the latter knocked the MP's phone out of his hands, which he was using to record the video. This was reported to the journalist of UNN by the spokeswoman for the Rivne regional police, Maria Yustytska.

Details

"Yesterday, March 19, at about 07:30, the police received a report from the railway station duty officer that a fight had broken out in one of the cars on the Warsaw-Kyiv train, and that one of the participants had allegedly been injured," Yustytska said.

According to her, the train in Rivne made an emergency stop in order to document the offense by the police.

"The investigative team found that there was a conflict between the MP and a foreigner over the violation of silence in the car. In the course of the incident, the latter knocked the MP's phone out of his hands, which he was using to record the video. As a result, the police drew up an administrative report against the offender under Art. 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disorderly conduct)," said Yustytska.

She noted that the police had not received any more statements from the parties to the conflict.

"At the same time, the MP told the police that the situation was not related to his political activities," Yustytska said.

According to media reports, it may be about Artem Kunayev.
