A 38-year-old father who raped his underage daughter has been detained in the Vinnytsia region

The 38-year-old man raped his daughter after returning home drunk. He was detained at the crime scene and now faces up to 12 years in prison.
In the Vinnytsia region, a 38-year-old man has been detained on suspicion of raping his 17-year-old daughter. According to the investigation, the crime occurred in a private house late in the evening, and the victim's mother witnessed the incident and immediately called the police. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, according to UNN.

The incident occurred on May 5 around eleven o'clock in the evening at a private residence in the Vinnytsia region.
According to the investigation, the 17-year-old victim was cleaning the kitchen when her father returned home from work intoxicated. Using physical force, he raped his daughter.
At that moment, the mother returned from the yard and witnessed the crime. The woman immediately called law enforcement officers, who detained the 38-year-old man. The family has many children: the victim has siblings aged five to fifteen.
Specialists are currently working with them to establish any possible facts of crimes committed by the father against them.
Under the procedural guidance of the Tulchyn District Prosecutor's Office, the man has been notified of suspicion of rape (Part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine); he faces imprisonment for a term of 7 to 12 years. A preventive measure in the form of detention has been applied to the suspect.
