Javier Gerardo Milei was born on October 22, 1970, in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He earned a degree in economics from the University of Belgrano, as well as two master's degrees from the Institute of Economic and Social Development and the private Torcuato di Tella University.
Before his election as president, Milei taught university courses for economists, holding the title of professor. He also gained popularity as a television commentator and critic of the political establishment. From 2021 to 2023, Milei served as a national deputy. Since 2023, Javier Gerardo Milei has held the position of President of Argentina.
