OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Jan Brat, condemned the torture and murder of Ukrainian journalist Victoria Roshchina by the Russian Federation. He stressed that this is a violation of international law.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine calls on international organizations to condemn Russia's crimes against Ukrainians. The investigation into the murder of Viktoria Roshchina revealed signs of torture and the absence of organs.

Due to ongoing Russian attacks on the civilian population of Ukraine, the OSCE is convening a special permanent council. The goal is to hold Russia accountable and promote a just peace.

Ukraine initiated a special meeting of the OSCE in response to ongoing Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities. Russia has consciously chosen the path of terror, as evidenced by numerous strikes on civilian objects.
