The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the destruction of an explosives and ammunition production plant in Russia, as well as an oil transshipment complex. An ammunition depot of the occupiers in temporarily occupied Crimea was also hit.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the damage to a number of important aggressor targets, including the Kirishinefteorgsintez oil refinery and the small missile ship Buyan-M. The Garmon radar complex, the Iskander transport-loading vehicle, and the command post of the 8th enemy army were also hit.
Over the past day, 159 combat engagements took place on the front line. The enemy launched three missile and 67 air strikes, used 41 missiles, dropped 142 guided aerial bombs, and deployed 6,264 kamikaze drones.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the damage to OJSC "Karachevsky Zavod "Elektrodeta" in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation on September 29. The enterprise produces electrical connectors for military needs; explosions and a fire were recorded.

On September 28, the Russian army lost 1080 servicemen, 53 artillery systems, and 7 tanks. The total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 29.09.25 amounted to approximately 1,109,590 personnel.
Since the beginning of the day, 109 combat engagements have been recorded, the enemy launched one missile and 58 air strikes. 50 missiles, 108 guided aerial bombs, 2706 kamikaze drones, and 3391 shelling attacks on positions were used.
As of 4:00 PM on September 28, 44 combat engagements have been recorded along the entire front line. The most intense battles are ongoing in the east and south, where the occupiers are trying to break through the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defense.
Over the past day, 173 combat engagements, 81 airstrikes, 5118 shellings, and 6262 kamikaze drones were recorded. The largest number of enemy attacks occurred in the Pokrovsk direction – 59 assaults.
