President Zelenskyy announces a new defense package from Poland for Ukraine, which will include strengthening Ukraine's air defense and signing an ambitious security agreement with Poland to protect Ukrainian lives.

There will be a new defense package from Poland for Ukraine. The two countries are also working together  to strengthen Ukrainian air defense. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference in Warsaw, UNN reports.

There will be a new Polish defense package for Ukraine. We are working together to strengthen our air defense, and obviously, these are the first priorities, and now we have signed a security agreement with Mr. Prime Minister. The agreement is important and powerful. The agreement between Ukraine and Poland is really ambitious, which will help us to protect the lives of our people in many ways

Zelenskyy also said that the signed security agreement includes defense cooperation.

In total, Poland has already provided Ukraine with 44 packages of weapons and ammunition during the war. This year we will receive several more packages, we are counting on it and are preparing further development of cooperation between the defense companies of our countries
