President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy heard a report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi. The Commander-in-Chief spoke about the situation at the front, as well as about operations in the Kursk and Belgorod regions of the Russian Federation. Zelenskyy said this in his evening address, reports UNN.
Separately, the Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi reported today. The front, our presence in the Kursk region and our presence in the Belgorod region. We continue to conduct active operations in the border areas on the territory of the enemy. And this is absolutely fair. The war must return to where it came from. The main goal, as before, is to protect our land as much as possible, to protect our communities in Sumy region and Kharkiv region from Russian occupiers
He added that Syrskyi also reported on the activity of Ukrainian units along the border, as well as in the "gray zone" and directly on the territory of the enemy.
