Zelenskiy holds a security meeting in Slavutych to discuss the city's security, development prospects, civilian infrastructure, jobs, protection of the Chornobyl nuclear power plant, and border security.
In Slavutych, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy personally held a meeting on the security situation and prospects for the development of the city and the exclusion zone. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, UNN reports.
Details
The meeting will address the security of civilian infrastructure, transportation, energy, and the situation with jobs.
According to the Interior Ministry, during the meeting, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko and National Guard Commander Oleksandr Pivnenko reported on the defense and protection of the Chornobyl NPP and Slavutych, as well as the construction of fortifications.
The head of the State Border Guard Service, Serhiy Deyneko, informed about the protection of the state border in the area of the Chornobyl nuclear power plant and the city.
