President Zelenskyy expects very concrete steps from NATO partners at the summit, including strengthening Ukraine's air defense, civilian infrastructure, and energy grid.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he expects very concrete steps from the NATO summit. There will be a meeting on strengthening Ukraine's air defense.  He announced this  during a press conference in Warsaw, UNN reports.

"I expect very concrete answers and steps from our partners from the NATO summit. We will have a meeting on strengthening Ukraine's air defense, our civilian infrastructure, and energy network. I expect concrete steps. We are discussing in advance the number of different air defense systems that NATO partners and members can use to strengthen Ukraine," Zelenskyy said.

According to him, he would also like to hear from our partners more resilience and a strong response to the blow that Russia has once again dealt to the Ukrainian population.

"In addition to air defense, I think the issue that we have raised more than once is the possibility of using our partners' weapons to target those military bases and sites that Russia uses to strike at Ukraine. I think that this is a decision that our partners would really like to see. Or they would like to see more strikes. You know, some kind of a terrible series. More strikes, more hospitals, more schools, more universities. Therefore, I think it is better to give Ukrainians the opportunity, if someone cannot decide to be powerful, to give Ukraine the opportunity to use the appropriate opportunities," Zelensky said.
