President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed decrees dismissing the heads of Kyiv and Poltava regional military administrations, Ruslan Kravchenko and Philip Pronin, UNN reports.

By Decree No. 887/2024, Zelensky dismissed Ruslan Kravchenko from the position of the head of the Kyiv RMA in accordance with his application.
By Decree No. 888/2024, the President dismissed Philip Pronin from the position of the Head of the Poltava RMA upon his request.

December 28 The government approves the dismissal of Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the Kyiv RMA, and Philip Pronin, head of the Poltava regional military administration.
The media reported that Ruslan Kravchenko would be the new Prosecutor General to replace the dismissed Andriy Kostin.
"He is a compromise figure that can be passed through parliament," a source told Radio NV.
Another source said that Kravchenko's candidacy had been considered by the Prosecutor General's Office for a long time, as the candidacy of the current head of the Odesa RSA, "Oleh Kiper, would not get enough votes in the parliament." At the same time, the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), Pavlo Kyrylenko, who, according to the source, was previously planned for this position in the Prosecutor General's Office, is now accused of illegal enrichment.
The candidacy of the next head of the Prosecutor General's Office has yet to be considered by the specialized law enforcement committee of the parliament.
Earlier, the media had already named Ruslan Kravchenko as the main contender for this position.
MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported that Kravchenko is to be appointed acting head of the State Tax Service, and Pronin is to be appointed head of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine.
