During Ramadan, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in an Iftar with the Ukrainian Muslim community, Muslim servicemen and diplomats, expressing gratitude for their support and wishing a just peace for Ukraine and all nations that value life, as well as thanking those who are working to eliminate the consequences of Russian strikes.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in a solemn dinner of Ukrainian Muslims - Iftar, which takes place during the holy month of Ramadan. He said this in an evening video address to Ukrainians, UNN reports .

Today I took part in an iftar, a special dinner that takes place during the month of Ramadan. Together with representatives of the Ukrainian Muslim community, together with Muslim soldiers, with representatives of the diplomatic corps of the global Muslim community and, of course, with representatives of the Crimean Tatar people. Together we thanked all those who care about Ukraine and help us. We honored our soldiers and wished peace - a fair and just peace - for Ukraine and for all nations that value life as much as we do.
