I congratulated President Trump and all Americans on Independence Day. - Zelenskyy said.

The head of state added that he is grateful to all American hearts who care about the future of Ukraine, Europe, and all people in the world for whom freedom matters.

Of course, President Trump and I discussed the current situation on the front line and in diplomacy. There is a real prospect of ending this war, and America's resolve will be decisive. We agreed to continue the conversation in person during the NATO summit in Ankara. Thank you, America! Thank you, Mr. President! Happy Independence Day!
