The US demanded Iran agree to a 20-year moratorium on uranium enrichment during talks in Pakistan this weekend, UNN reports with reference to Axios.
Citing a source familiar with the situation, as well as a US official, Axios reported that Iran responded by offering an "unambiguous" term.

According to Axios, the US also wanted Iran to "export all highly enriched uranium out of the country." Iran reportedly said the country would agree to a "controlled process of enrichment reduction," two sources said.
Disagreements over Iran's nuclear program reportedly remain an obstacle to reaching a deal.
