The Armed Forces of Ukraine have received the first batch of 3,000 FPV drones as part of Operation Unity. In total, the Defense Forces will receive 10,000 kamikaze drones
Ukraine's Armed Forces have received the first 3,000 FPV drones from Operation Unity, a joint effort by UNITED24, Come Back Alive and monobank, reports Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, informs UNN.
"Each drone was equipped with Ukrainian-made ammunition and delivered to 19 military units. These powerful "birds" will help to defeat enemy positions and equipment more effectively," wrote Fedorov.
In total, the Defense Forces will receive 10,000 kamikaze drones.
According to media reports, one of the largest donors to the fundraiser was Favbet, which contributed UAH 10 million.
Earlier Favbet also purchased 53 new off-road vehicles for the "Army of Drones" strike companies.
