Acting Minister of Defense of Ukraine Yevhenii Khmara stated that he counts on the further development of strategic partnership with the United States. He said this in an interview with American blogger Lori Loomer, reports UNN.

According to Khmara, the United States has the most powerful Armed Forces in the world, while Ukraine has gained unprecedented practical experience in conducting modern warfare.
He also emphasized that future wars will be determined by the speed of implementation of new technologies, the use of artificial intelligence, innovations on the battlefield, and the ability to maximize the preservation of soldiers' lives.
As Khmara noted, it is the combination of American technological capabilities and Ukrainian combat experience that can become the basis for the further development of defense partnership between the two countries.
