Negotiations between Ukraine and Poland on transferring MiG-29s in exchange for drones are nearly complete. The aircraft are to arrive in Ukraine, while the drones will go to Poland.

Negotiations between Ukraine and Poland regarding the transfer of MiG-29s to the Ukrainian side in exchange for know-how and a large number of various drones are nearing completion, according to Wirtualna Polska, UNN reports.

According to WP, "negotiations are currently being finalized regarding the transfer of MiG-29s in exchange for a large number of various unmanned aerial vehicles and Ukrainian know-how."
"The MiGs will be sent to Ukraine in the coming weeks. And the drones will be delivered to Poland," the publication states.
Regarding additional Patriot missiles, Janusz Sejmej, head of the political office of the country's Minister of Defense, told Wirtualna Polska that "Ukraine has not yet sent Poland any official request or appeal on this matter."
Unofficially, the publication writes, sources in the Polish army claim that "even if the transfer of ammunition takes place, there can be no question of large quantities."
