Putin said it was impossible to negotiate with Ukraine amid the events in the Kursk region. The National Security and Defense Council's Center for Political Analysis believes that this is an attempt to mislead the international community, as Moscow does not really want to negotiate.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin speaks about the alleged impossibility of negotiations with Ukraine amid the events in the Kursk region to mislead the international community and his own population. In fact,  Moscow does not want negotiations and wants to continue the war, according to the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, UNN reports

The National Security and Defense Council's Center for Political Analysis writes that enemy propaganda is spreading a statement by Vladimir Putin, who, against the backdrop of the events in the Kursk region, speaks in an ultimatum form about the alleged impossibility of negotiations with Ukraine.

Putin repeated the disinformation messages spread by Russian propaganda to discredit Ukraine, accusing the Ukrainian Armed Forces of allegedly indiscriminate "strikes on civilians" and "threatening a nuclear facility."

In fact, Moscow does not want negotiations and wants the war to continue. And the dictator's latest statements are just an excuse to mislead the international community and his own population.

Putin's statements are also reportedly part of the Kremlin's strategy for an information response to the events in the Kursk region, which was previously discussed by the head of the Center for Public Affairs, Andrey Kovalenko.
