The US President stated his readiness to conclude licensing agreements for the production of Patriot missiles. He added that he would discuss this with Zelenskyy, calling the weapon defensive.
U.S. President Donald Trump hinted that Europe and Ukraine could obtain licenses to produce Patriot missiles, reports UNN.
Trump was asked during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy whether he would agree to the production of Patriot missiles inside the country under a U.S. license.
The U.S. President noted that "we will discuss this," but added that it is "defensive" weaponry, and he likes it.
Ultimately, he made it clear that the U.S. is ready to enter into licensing agreements for the production of Patriots.
"One person just told me that we will give them the right to produce the Patriot. We will show them how to do it," he says.
